| 内容記述 | The Japan International Research Center for Agricultural Sciences (JIRCAS), with support from the Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, implemented a joint research project with the National Irrigation Commission (NIRC) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, the Arusha Technical University (ATC), and the Kilimanjaro Agricultural Training Centre (KATC).
