The objective of the JIRCAS project is consistent with this trend in its focus on sustainable timber production through planting and managing planted forests. However, it differs in emphasizing indigenous tree species. In the context of climate change, research on adaptability to environmental changes is essential to prevent severe ecological and economic impacts. | |||||||
