Motoyuki","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"creatorType":"述"}]},"item_30002_description9":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"開発途上国と言われる地域には，長い歴史の中で起こり育ったさまざまな技術がある。それらの中には，近年先進国を中心に開発された新技術の欠点を補うものも多く見られる。魚介類の養殖技術の中にも，その例を上げることができる。東南アジアでは数百年前より粗放的ながら，気候風土に合った養殖技術が発展してた。しかし，1960年代に入ってその状況は変化してきた。すなわち，経済発展や外貨獲得，さらに雇用の拡大のため，日本等で急速に発達した生産性の高い給餌養殖法の導入が図られた。その結果，養殖生産量は増加したが，自家汚染，環境破壊，価格の暴落などの問題も生じてきた。\n東南アジアには伝統的な養殖法として自然に発生した餌を利用し，魚や海老を養殖するという生態系を巧みに利用した養殖方法がある。この養殖法では，原則として給餌を行わないため自家汚染がないこと，低密度飼育のため病気発生率が低いこと，換水や瀑気などの設備が不要なことなど，高密度給餌養殖法とは全く対照的な利点を持っている。すなわち，今はやりの言葉で表現すると，『地球にやさしい養殖技術』,つまり『環境保全を考慮した養殖法』と言うことになる。このように，この養殖法は優れた面を持ちながら高密度給餌養殖法に転換されてきた。この理由としては，施肥養殖法が低生産性であり，生産が不安定であることがあげられる。また，マニュアルが確立していないため，普及しにくいなどの理由もある。\nでは，どうするか。その一つの方法として，東南アジアで起こり，発展，継承されてきた養殖法の解析と改善が考えられる。すなわち，この養殖の特徴を生かしながら生産性を高め，環境保全型の養殖法の開発を科学的に進めようとする方法である。当センターでは『開発途上国における施肥養殖技術の確立』と題した研究課題を立て，水産部が担当する予定である。これは開発途上国において，特に東南アジアを対象として，環境保全に配慮しつつ，水産養殖の生産性を高めるため，現地に適した施肥養殖技術の確立を図ろうとするもので，研究は以下に示す項目に従い進めていく計画である。\n1.地中のエネルギー収支・食物連鎖の解明及び施肥量，種苗放養量の適正化\n2.単種養殖・複合養殖に適した対象種の選定\n3.現地で調達可能な飼料原料を活用した施肥養殖飼料の開発\n4.池管理法の開発\n5.飼育池の構造と設計\n6.上記の研究による合理的な施肥養殖技術の確立\n東南アジアでも地域によっては，経済発展で国民の嗜好性が変化し， ただ単にタンパク質供給と言うだけの養殖生産の経清性が低くなっているのも事実である。しかし，開発途上国全体を見た場合タンパク質生産の増大は必須であり，その重要性は益々増大する傾向にある。東南アジアで行われている養殖法は農業生産には殆ど不適な汽水域の湿地帯で， この地域での環境保全を考慮した養殖法の確立の意味は大きいと考えられる。そして，環境保全を考慮した持続性のある養殖法の開発を行うためには，今まで開発途上諸国への技術援助として行われてきた日本の技術のそのままの移転や応用試験中心の研究では不十分と考えられる。つまり，地域における物質循環や生態系メカニズム解明のため，各水産生物における生理，生態，遺伝学などの基礎的分野の研究の推進及びレベルアップが重要であると考えられる。そして，これらを基とした開発途上国における裾野の広い養殖学体系づくりが，今後の開発途上地域の持続的農林水産業における水産増養殖を健全に発展維持していくための大きな課題になってくると思われる。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_30002_file35":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_access","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2024-10-08"}],"displaytype":"detail","fileDate":[{"fileDateType":"Issued","fileDateValue":"1995-04-01"}],"filename":"wspaper4-_24-29.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"1.1
